Applying Furniture Wax to an Antique Drop Leaf Table
Applying a layer of Furniture Wax is the final step of my Milk Painted Side Table series! If you’ve missed the first two parts, you can catch up here:

In this part, I’m demonstrating how to finish and protect your Milk Painted surface using Miss Miss Mustard Seed’s Furniture Wax.

Applying Furniture Wax
Enjoy this final video tutorial demonstrating how to apply Furniture Wax!
As I mentioned in my video, my absolute favorite way to apply any sort of wax is with a quality Wax Brush. I find the bristles help smooth the wax further across the surface and can wiggle into nooks and crannies much more easily than a rag.

This step is made even easier because Furniture Wax is SO spreadable! If you have ever had waxing woes in the past, you should give this product a go.
My side table dried overnight before I placed anything on top. This gave the wax a chance to set up and dry.
The Final Reveal
Marc and I are loving the table’s new look!

It really is the perfect height for us (despite how tall it may seem up against our sofas).

I love how Schloss is just the right neutral too! It’s there but it’s quiet and soft, you know?

There’s just one more piece left to paint in our living room, and then everything will be finished!
