Since COVID-19, my business has pivoted a great deal to serve the changing needs of my customer base and to stay in alignment with the safety measures mandated by our state government.

There has been a lot of behind-the-scenes scrambling, revamping, reworking and adjusting that has left me in a bit of a whirl.

In a matter of a few weeks, my entire business model has shifted and now that our county is close to reopening, I feel more uncertain than excited.

Will things go back to the way they were? How much do I adjust back to my former structure? How much of the “new” way of doing business should stay?

These are uncertain times for small businesses to be sure, and I’m taking everything as fluidly as possible, one phase at a time. 💙
