Shipping, Refunds and Return Policies
All orders are shipped during business hours Monday – Saturday. Tracking information is provided via the email submitted during checkout. Please check your spam/junk folder for any misplaced emails.
Due to the current challenges and significant delays the United States Postal System is experiencing, all paint orders are being shipped via UPS to ensure they arrive promptly.

Coupon code “PORCHPICKUP” is reserved for LOCAL CUSTOMERS who would like to physically pick up their orders at my studio in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Customers who use this coupon outside of Eight Hundred Furniture’s local area (i.e. another state) will be charged shipping after their order is placed.
I package all of my paint products with great care and consideration. However, there are times few and far between when paint products may be damaged during shipment.
If one of your orders arrives damaged, please take photos and email them to me (Jenn) at email@example.com. Photos are required to receive a refund. Once your email with photos is received, you have the option to receive a replacement or a refund.
On rare occasions, carriers may lose or misplace a shipment. If there is no movement on the tracking of your shipment after 7-10 business days, contact Jenn.
All furniture and paint sales are final. No refunds will be issued for items purchased from eighthundredfurniture.com with the exception of damaged goods. Please ask for additional photos of furniture pieces if needed. Videos of pieces can be provided upon request.
Exchanges of paint products are not accepted, therefore please choose your colors and products carefully. This policy ensures quality control of the paint products you receive and eliminates any potential issues or compromises. Please contact Jenn for any questions regarding colors, durability, application, compatibility, etc.
6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax will be applied to all customers in Pennsylvania. Tax exempt sales are not accepted.
Want your furniture delivered? I’m happy to help! Delivery services are available upon request for a fee. Delivery fees are calculated based upon round trips (to and from the destination) with a 1 hour minimum charge. Contact Jenn for a quote!
